👋 We’re Ben Ward & Alex Neuman

A duo of experienced organizational coaches and facilitators, based in Copenhagen.

We team up with leaders and teams to help them navigate change and collaborate better – in service of meaningful missions.

We facilitate processes, coach teams, build toolboxes and work one-on-one with courageous leaders.

Our approach is hands-on, authentic and oriented toward making real progress on complex challenges.

We run an ongoing series of workshops for Manyone’s full Danish organization – focused on building the culture and skills need to stay resilience and succeed in times of uncertainty and change

We developed and led this online program, training 400+ coworkers over 18 cohorts in foundational leadership behaviours, skills and mindsets – in line with Oatly’s Guiding Principles

We regularly work with teams and departments for 1-2 day offsites that combine team building, reflective dialogue, collaborative learning and forward-looking planning. Energy-giving and highly focused.
